Community Flag Flying Request

Use this form to submit a request to fly a community flag in recognition of a group or cause/event.

All Community Flag Flying requests are approved in accordance with the Corporate Flag Policy.

• The designated Community Flagpole is located at the Downtown Parkette (406 Main Street South, Exeter)
• Requests will be confirmed on a first come first served basis.
• Community flags will only be installed on days that the Municipal Office is open.
• A community flag flying request must be submitted 30 business days in advance of your required date.
• Community flags can be flown for a period of up to 2 weeks in length. 
  • Community Flags will be removed at the end of business day, two weeks from the start of the request.
• The purchase of the community flag to be flown is the responsibility of the requester.
  • Flag size: Flags flown on the Community Flagpole cannot exceed 3 feet (36 inches) by 5 feet (72 inches)
