The Municipality of South Huron provides dozens of public services to our community including local roads & bridges, water/wastewater, planning & building, recreation, fire safety, council administration, as well as clerical and customer service. (A more detailed description of our municipal departments and services can be found in the February 13, 2023 Council meeting agenda.)

South Huron currently uses the following communication methods to share information about our services:

  • Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram (@southhuron)
  • YouTube (@municipalityof southhuron9741)
  • Newspaper ("The Hub" published in Exeter Lakeshore Times Advance)
  • Email newsletter ("The Hub Newsletter")
  • Radio (ads posted to Exeter 90.5 MyFM)
  • Live customer service (in person, phone and email)
  • Community information boards (used at Stephen Arena & SHRC)
